You can easily place an order by selecting products on our website, adding them to your cart, and completing the checkout process with OTP verification sent to your email.
Do I need to create an account to place an order on Taalapatra?
No, you don’t need to create an account. An account is auto-created when you re-visit to check your current order status (and all the previous orders) in Taalapatra's website, where you can login using your registered email and a secure OTP that will be sent to your email. We anyways send the current order tracking details to your email.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email with the order details and a unique order ID for tracking.
What payment methods does Taalapatra accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular digital wallets.
Can I track my order?
